Amy Nguyen is a Hokie and Saint alum. She works full time as a Substance Abuse Counselor in residential drug treatment with Fairfax County. Amy competed in her first two bodybuilding competitions as a figure competitor in Spring 2016. She fell in love with fitness and a healthy lifestyle, but always had a sweet tooth! After her own struggles with post-competition depression and binge eating disorder, she was motivated to find a way for athletes to safely incorporate tasty foods and still reach their fitness goals, all while keeping mentally and emotionally sound.

Another passion arose for Amy in 2015 when she traveled aboard to Cambodia: education, prevention, and eradication of human trafficking, both labor and sex. She currently is an active member of the DC Chapter of Love 146 as a Community Outreach Coordinator. The organization is devoted to survivor care, prevention education, and training professionals to look for signs of trafficking. The problem exists domestically as well!! This is why 10% of all proceeds will be donated directly back to Love 146.

In her spare time, Amy loves to LIFT, blog, fiddle with the ukulele, watch low budget horror movies, and explore different foods. She is happy she is now able to share her passion with others!

Flex Donuts is proud to be represented by Angelo Rimando, a U.S. Army Veteran and bodybuilding competitor. Angelo fell in love with fitness at his first competition in 2014 as a physique contender. He then moved to bodybuilding in 2015. He is currently a college student at George Mason University and majoring in Kinesiology, hoping to become a physical therapist. He is a student with NPTI to obtain his PT certification. His dream is to open his own Physical Therapy business while working as an online personal trainer. He would like to help injured veterans get back to the real world.

Corwyn Goode hails originally from Buffalo, NY and now resides in NoVA. He is currently attending Northern VA Community College to pursue a degree in dental hygeine. In his spare time, he loves to create designs and paint. He is an artistic, athletic, and fun guy who brings creative thoughts to life!
