Hi there, my name is Amy Nguyen and I am the founder and manager at Flex Donuts. This company was founded on three main premises: flexible eating, flexible spending, and of course, flex photos! Here, we believe that our sweet tooth can be gratified in a healthy and "hole-some" way, without all the added sugar and preservatives. Each batch is hand baked from scratch and each donut provides 11 grams of protein with only 1 g of sugar!** So come share the love for these sweet treats, guilt-free!
